Core competencies utilized: Design and implementation of resource mobilization strategy, High-level diplomacy, negotiations, partnership building, policy analysis, program design & development, advocacy, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment.

As a member of the senior management team of the ECMI and Head- Development and Regional Operations I was responsible for developing “Framework Agreement” relations with ECMI’s donors, which were governments and foundations. I was also responsible in this role for harmonizing ECMI’s growing number of field operations with the regional office in Skopje and the head office in Flensburg, Germany. In this role I also worked closely with the Chairman of the Board of ECMI HE Ambassador Peter Dyvig.

Devised and implemented a comprehensive strategy of enhancing ECMI’s external profile which resulted in the upgrade of existing outreach tools such as the web site, annual report and launch of new products such as an electronic newsletter, hard copy newsletter, press kits, hosting of special events.

Supervised the establishment of new country offices and developed the Macedonia office into a regional hub providing administrative, financial, management and public information support to all field offices of ECMI.
